This page explains how users of the Bloom G2W app, published by Project Bloom Girls 2 Women, can request deletion of their account and the personal data associated with it.
How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion in either of the two ways below.
Option 1 — In the App (fastest)
- Open the Bloom G2W app and sign in.
- Go to Profile & Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and associated data are deleted immediately — no waiting period, no further action needed.
Option 2 — By Email (no app access needed)
- Email info@projectbloomgirls2women.com from the email address associated with your Bloom G2W account.
- Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the full name on the account.
- We will verify your identity and delete your account and associated data, normally within 7 business days, and confirm by email once complete.
What Gets Deleted, Anonymized, or Kept

| Donation records | Anonymized — name/email removed; amount and transaction records kept for financial/accounting and legal retention requirements |
| Reward redemption records | Anonymized — personal identifiers removed; redemption record kept for Community Partner fulfillment accounting |
| Security/fraud-prevention logs (e.g. payment webhook logs) | Kept — operational records not tied to your profile, retained as required for fraud prevention and legal compliance |
Anonymized and retained records no longer identify you personally once your account is deleted.
Retention Period
Account and profile data is deleted immediately upon request (or within 7 business days for email requests). Anonymized financial/accounting records and non-personal operational logs described above are retained only as long as required for accounting, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
